HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can place an order 24 hours a day 7 days a week using our secure online shopping cart. Our online shopping cart accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.Payment can also be mailed. We accept Cash, Check, Money Orders as form of payment. Call or e-mail us what items you are interested in and where you are located. We will then check availability and postage costs and e-mail you back with detailed information needed to complete the sale.

Shipping costs for orders up to $9.99 shipping and handling in the USA is $6.50
Shipping costs for orders $10 to $49.99 shipping and handling in the USA is $7.75
Shipping costs for orders $50 to $74.99 shipping and handling in the USA is $13
Shipping costs for orders $75 to $99.99 shipping and handling in the USA is $18
FREE SHIPPING on orders $100 or more.
Most orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2 to 3 day delivery).
Some local orders shipped via U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post (1 to 3 day delivery).
Some orders that qualify for free shipping are sent U.S. Postal Service Parcel Post (1 to 7 day delivery).
Orders go out every day except Sunday.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
International orders might be invoiced an additional shipping charge. Charge will be determined by weight, size and destination.
International orders are shipped air mail via the U.S. Postal Service (4 TO 10 DAY DELIVERY).

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
All orders within the U.S. will automatically receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. We'll send the email to the email address you provided during the checkout process. Once you have received the USPS tracking numbers from us simply log into www.usps.com and enter the confirmation numbers and you will be able to track the package.
RETURNS
All returns must be in the same condition they were sent in. We do not accept returns on opened items. Shipping is not refundable unless there was an error on our part. We do not pay for shipping back to us unless there was an error on our part. Please contact us via email or phone that you will be returning your order or part of your order. Orders in an unusually high quantity or something we had to outsource for you are not refundable.

USE OF IMAGES AND CONTENT
Images on our website are property of toyattack.com and cannot be used without the express written permission of toyattack.com inc. Stolen images that are used for noncommercial purposes, we will simply ask you to remove the image/s from your website, doing so within 24 hours will stop any further legal action. If you are selling toys with images that were stolen from our website you agree to pay toyattack.com inc. the sum of $90 per day, per image. We will prosecute and pursue all violators to the fullest extent of the law.
